Summary Updater wrong sequence

The updater runs the available update in the wrong sequence. This can cause it to fail when it actually needs to succeed.

If there are to many new versions between the updates table changes might affect the update routines. The solution is to run first the Nicippe updates in order (for every version runFirst, runSecond and runLast) then repeat this for the project updates. This way the tables don't get updates all the way first and then the routines start running.
